Clear terms for working with MNT Contractors
Agreement
By engaging MNT Contractors, you agree to these terms. We aim for transparency and mutual respect in all projects.
Quotes & Payments
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Deposits may be required to start work; balances are due upon completion or per agreed milestones.
- Additional work requested outside the original scope will be quoted and approved before proceeding.
Scheduling & Access
- We schedule projects in consultation with clients. Timelines depend on scope, materials, and site readiness.
- Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for our team and materials.
Materials & Quality
- We use quality, tested materials suitable for each job.
- Any client-supplied materials must meet our standards; we are not responsible for defects in client-provided materials.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties may apply depending on the service. Warranty specifics will be outlined in your quote or agreement.
Liability
We take care to minimize risk on-site, but are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or hidden defects discovered during work.
Changes & Cancellations
- Project changes should be requested in writing.
- Cancellations after deposit may incur cost of materials or time spent.
